Sorry for the low light. Most of these pictures were taken very early or late in the day to avoid traffic due to lack of a shoulder to park a vehicle.

Picture of Winan Road facing South from 92 Hwy. 20 feet wide . No Shoulder. Lots of repair work. Developer has agreed to "fix sight lines" but has he agreed to repave and fix this road so it will handle 3,000 cars per day? Notice 55 Mph signs. All traffic studies still say speed limit is 45 mph in "vicinity of" subdivision. Left picture is just south of Winan and 92.
KC Mo suggest for safety reasons this road should be at least 22 feet wide for low speed residential streets.
This is a 55MPH Road!!!!! Not a single major road going to this proposed subdivision has a shoulder.

Entrance of Quarry and Asphalt plant about 1/2 way between 92 and 132nd on Winan.
Paved area without gravel is down to about 15 feet of usable road.
This is where cars swerve to avoid gravel and mud.
Can you picture an additional 3,000 cars on this road a day?

More shots of Interurban Road. Notice the width Less than 22 feet (18 feet) and trees that have fallen across the road.
